ABOUT THE ARTIST

DREW MILLER B. 1982

From an early age, I was surrounded by the world of art and storytelling. My connection to the arts began

through my mother, who worked for Tom Rockwell, the son of the legendary American illustrator Norman

Rockwell. That early exposure sparked a lifelong appreciation for craftsmanship, narrative, and the power of

portraiture to preserve moments and memories.

Over the years, I have continued to build meaningful connections with artists and families who have shaped

the tradition of American realism. Through my work, I have had the privilege of connecting with Helga

Testorff and spending time at the Wyeth family home—experiences that deepened my appreciation for the

dedication, discipline, and honesty found in the work of artists such as Andrew Wyeth.

My portraits are created with the belief that a face carries a story. Through oil and charcoal, I strive to

capture more than a likeness—I seek to reveal character, emotion, and the unique qualities that make each

person unforgettable. Inspired by the timeless tradition of portrait painting, my work blends classical

technique with a contemporary perspective.

In addition to original commissions, I create limited edition prints that allow collectors to bring these works

into their own spaces. Each release is thoughtfully produced with attention to quality, craftsmanship, and

the connection between artist and collector.

A meaningful part of my practice is using art as a way to give back. Through select print releases, a portion

of proceeds is dedicated to supporting treatment scholarships and organizations that provide life-changing

opportunities for those in need. I believe art has the ability not only to preserve stories, but also to create a

positive impact beyond the canvas.
